Only US orders are eligible for return services; we are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time.

Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

With original tags and packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at chic-comfort@zohomail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — they will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care goods (e.g. beauty items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For any questions about your specific item, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the quickest way is to return your item once approved and make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
